FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor vehicle production. The automatic transmission pump comprises housing with a service mount arranged on side surface for mounting in the gearbox housing. There is a plate fitted between the housing and gearbox crankcase. The housing has a space to house a drive and driven gears fitted above the increasing and decreasing spaces made in the housing, plate and crankcase. The crankcase and plate have a channel to remove working fluid from the collar fitted in the housing. There is a plain bearing in the crankcase to support the drive shaft coupled with the drive gear. There are also the channel to feed lubrication to the pump drive shaft bearing, the regulator discharge channel passing the working fluid from the control system pressure regulator into the increasing space, the couplings channels to feed working fluid to the gearbox friction couplings, high-pressure channel to feed working fluid in the control system main line and to communicate with the decreasing space and with the main channel arranged in the pump housing, plate and gearbox crankcase. The gearbox crankcase, plate and pump housing have a regulation channel to adjust pressure in the main channel. The plate is furnished with a throttling hole to communicate the main and regulation channels. ^ EFFECT: use of pump in automatic transmissions. ^ 10 dwg |
