The blinds (10) comprises an upper rail (1) which includes an upper blind portion (2) fixed by an upper offset rail. A top end of a middle blind portion (3) is connected with the bottom of the upper offset rail. A magnetic structure (20) between the upper rail and the upper offset rail magnetically engages the rails together so that an inter-space between these rails is avoided when the blinds are operated using a reeler.
