<p>A method for preparing a cable grommet is provided to improve productivity by omitting the drawing process of a circular ring and simplifying the manufacturing process of a cable grommet. A method for preparing a cable grommet comprises the steps of pulling a wire rope(1) by drawing it directly from a pulling device; fixing the pulled wire rope to the end terminal of the wire rope contact with the rope input point by the length of the product of a grommet sling; winding the wire rope in the opposite direction by forming the omega form with the center of the fixed wire rope; and finishing the winding process with the reference of the wire rope input point and hooking the wire rope to the end terminal.</p> |
