A card terminal and a recording medium for processing online payment conveniently and simply like an offline member shop terminal are provided to process B2B(Business-to-Business) payment in the same mode as card payment conveniently and simply by using a card terminal equipped in a customer terminal. A card information reader(210) reads card information from a customer card through a card reader. An information receiver(260) receives payment amount information and member shop information from a customer terminal by linking with a communicator. A message generator(265) generates a payment approval request message. A message transmitter(270) transmits the payment approval request message and a VAN(Value Added Network) server information to the customer terminal. A message receiver(280) receives a payment approval result message including payment processing details from the customer terminal. A message processor(285) extracts the payment processing details from the payment approval result message and provides the payment processing details to the customer terminal.
