A display device is provided to prevent the increment of the bezel domain or the reduction of the light emitting area by forming the seal curved portion which has the radius curvature of 0.2 to 2.5mm. The first substrate(100) is provided. The light emitting area(200) is located on the first substrate. The light emitting area includes a plurality of unit pixels(250). The second substrate(190) faces with the first substrate. The light emitting area seals the second substrate hermetically. The seal(180) attaches the first substrate with the second substrate each other. The seal is positioned at the surroundings light emitting area. The seal comprises a straight line part and a curved part. The radius curvature (R) of the curved portion in the seal is 0.2 to 2.5mm. The rate of the width of the straight line part and the width of the curved portion are 1:1.1 to 1:1.5. The unit pixel comprises a plurality of sub-pixels. The sub-pixel comprises the first electrode, a light emitting layer, the second electrode and a thin film transistor. The thin film transistor comprises a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. |
