A plastic pyrolysis burner is provided to completely burn solid fuel inside a combustion tank by injecting air and oil onto a screw shaft. A plastic pyrolysis burner comprises a hollow transfer pipe member(100) receiving solid fuel from outside; a rotary shaft member having a spiral wing in order to compulsorily transfer fuel from one side to the other side; a combustion part(300) firstly burning solid fuel by feeding air and oil into the hollow transfer member, and then igniting compulsorily them; a joint(400) preventing the twist of an air supply pipe(306) and an oil supply pipe(308); and a burning tank(500) connected to the other side of the transfer pipe member. The burning tank stores solid fuel forced by solid fuel fed by rotation of a wing. The burning tank burns completely solid fuel forced by drawing in air.
