FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied for plasty of medial patella-supporting tendon in children. On tendon by means of ligature subsynovially and hypodermically four ring-shaped stitches are applied in middle and lower areas of patella. Subsynovially and hypodermically ring-shaped suture from lavsan tape is applied in area of upper-medial patella pole.
