FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: troposphere volume objects such as clouds which contain harmful substances and can result from emergencies at various equipment are enriched with protective substances able to prevent penetration of radioactive elements into organism, minimise expansion of areas covered with such clouds, perform additionally warning and alarming functions. ^ EFFECT: reducing green house effect and stabilising climatic conditions, increasing foodstuff production, manufacturing hydromethane and kerogen as energy resource of the future, reducing harmful substances content in the ambient air, increasing precipitation amount, decreasing number of accidents and victims. ^ 21 cl, 5 tbl |
