FIELD: foundry practice. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Method includes pouring of ladle portion of liquid metal into compression box, its insertion into form, form removing with cast and with butt-end from the compression box by press plunger. Form is manufactured by punching method from liquid metal in the form of fast-change forming inserts on facility, containing press-form with movable and immovable half-mold, compression box with stepped by length internal surface and replaceable brass. Replaceable brass is implemented in the form of cylindrical rod with vertical pass into diametral longitudinal plane with relief, forming mold cavity. Replaceable brass is manufactured from powder of molybdenum sintered and pressed. Simultaneously with manufacturing in the compression box it is implemented tempering of cast cutter.
