A sheet shape heater in provided to increase the coherence force between the members by welding the base film and the cover film directly through the hole of the silver conductive material. A base film(110) is made of the electrically insulating material. A carbon heater(120) is positioned in the upper side of the base film. At least a pair of silver conductive materials(130) is laminated on the both upper ends of the carbon heater. At least a pair of electrode plates(140) is laminated on the top of the silver conductive material. A cover film(150) is welded into the upper side of the base film. The cover film covers the carbon heater, the silver conductive material and an electrode plate. One side of the silver conductive material is contacted to the upper side of the carbon heater. The other side of the silver conductive material is protruded to the outside of the carbon heater. A hole(131) is formed in the outer side of the silver conductive material. The inner end of the electrode plate is located on the top of the hole of the silver conductive material. The direct contact between the electrode plate due to the damage of the silver conductive material and the carbon heater are prevented. |
