Closed circuit of support elements is arranged in the form of circumference or polygon and is fixed on high-rise building frame by means of spacing strainers, and railing is arranged in the form of grid for fastening of decorative elements or flexible couplers that are decorative elements that form railing, and is fixed at the height of high-rise building.
