A method for returning an AD(Advertisement) charge of AD selected by a member to the member is provided to offer the AD charge assigned to the AD to the member and enable the member to buy advertised articles with the AD charge collected by viewing the AD. A member collects AD charge assigned to AD, which is included in a section selected by the member. The number of the AD to be included in the section is restricted. An advertiser pays the AD charge as much as the number of members storing the AD to the section. Articles of the advertiser are sold by restricting a part of the collected AD charge to be used for purchase of articles advertised by the stored AD. |
