An apparatus for drying food waste with deodorization function is provided to prevent bad smell from escaping to the outside by adding deodorization gas in air fed into a reservoir by a blower although the reservoir is open. An apparatus for drying food waste with deodorization function comprises a reservoir(11) including a stirring part installed inside; a heater installed at the bottom of the reservoir; a condensation unit(150) having both ends connected to the reservoir; a blower(16) installed between one end of the condensation unit and the reservoir; and a deodorization gas supply unit(17) connected to one end of the condensation unit. The deodorization gas supply unit supplies deodorization gas in the air drawn in or out of the reservoir by the blower.
