A high quality of bay salt manufacturing method is provided to obtain high quality of bay salt by crystallizing the bay salt by natural condition in a final crystal part in which foreign matters are not flown in from external environment . A high quality of bay salt manufacturing method comprises steps of: flowing seawater to a saltpan reservoir(120) and storing the seawater; flowing in stored seawater(110) to evaporation part and concentrating the stored seawater into baume specific gravity 14°~20°; mixing water of the baume specific gravity 30°~31° to concentrated water into 1 : 1 weight ratio and generating water of baume specific gravity 23°~25°; injecting highly concentrated water within a salt water tank(150), separating layers and removing foreign material; filtering the highly concentrated water from which the foreign material is removed; injecting the filtered highly concentrated water to a horizontal plate glass of a crystal plate part installed inside a final crystal part(100) including a closed internal space and naturally concentrating the filtered highly concentrated water; collecting crystallized salt and dehydrating and drying the collected crystallized salt. |
