An integrated passive device suitable for power amplifier using gradation push pull structure is provided to minimize a size by integrating a transformer and a low pass filter on one substrate. A transformer(12) is positioned in one region of a substrate(11), is integrated passive device type, and includes a plurality of first windings and a plurality of second windings. Each first winding has a signal input terminal. The second windings are serially connected between an output terminal and a ground terminal. A low pass filter(13) is positioned in the other region of the substrate, is the integrated passive device type, and selectively passes a signal of a desired frequency band among signals from the output terminal of the transformer.
