A speed sensor is provided to prevent a twisted state of a wire by using a terminal of a mutual surface contact type and to improve largely productivity and assembling characteristics by being applied commonly to positions of various kinds of vehicles. A speed sensor includes a sensor unit(100), a body unit(200), and a fixing unit(300). The sensor unit has a cylindrical shape. A hall IC(Integrated Circuit) is positioned at one end of the sensor unit. A male screw is formed around an outer circumference of the sensor unit. An indicator is engraved to the same direction as the direction of the hall IC in the other end of the sensor unit. A plurality of hanging grooves are engraved radially in the outer circumference of the sensor unit. A female screw is formed in an inner circumference of one side of the body unit in order to be coupled with the sensor unit. A plate spring corresponding to the hanging groove is formed in an inner circumference of the other side of the body unit. The fixing unit supports rotatably the outer circumference of the body unit and is fixed to a vehicle body. |
