<p>A grommet formed into one body with a wiring harness is provided to protect the outside surface of the wiring harness and simplify the fixing work of the wiring harness. A grommet(10) comprises a grommet body portion which is integrally formed on the outside surface of a wiring harness(2) by pouring grommet material in a mold containing the wiring harness, a bracket fixing portion(14) which is formed thicker than the grommet body portion and in which a bracket(B) fixing the wiring harness is fixed, and a projection(16) which is formed on both sides of the bracket fixing portion in order to prevent damage to the grommet due to fatigue. A plurality of mold pins are secured in a plurality of pin holes formed on the grommet body portion and the bracket fixing portion so that the wiring harness is kept from moving when pouring the grommet material in the mold.</p> |
