Process for obtaining object impregnated in body of insect repellent substance with prolonged release, comprises: introducing a concentrated liquid-repellent substance to core in a solid thermoplastic component by imbibition, preferably a polyether having amide sequence; leaving the mixture for rest; and injecting the polyether with saturated amide sequence of repellent substance in a mold having appropriate structure at a temperature of less than 120[deg] C, without distorting the substance.
