The system has a mold containing mobile and fixed molding elements e.g. central core (3) and movable lateral pin (4). Detection units e.g. position sensors (5a, 5b), detect parameters e.g. position, contact, movement or rupture, of the central core and the lateral pin. The detection units are activated before, during or after molding operation. The detection units have an electrical resistance controller for controlling electrical resistance between the core and the pin. A contact pressure controller controls pressure of contact between the core and the pin. An independent claim is also included for a method of molding constitutive parts of a fluid product dispenser.
