摘要 <p>A resource recovery method and a resource recovery system for recycling various waste into resources without releasing the entire waste are provided to improve substantially performances and effects in the technological, economical, environmental friendly, and future directional aspects and contribute to petroleum replacing industries through one integrated system and optimal operating conditions applied to the integrated system. A resource recovery method for recycling various waste into resources without releasing the entire waste comprises: a partial combustion, pyrolyzing and reforming process of performing a partial combustion process, a pyrolyzing process, and a reforming process; a partial combustion-pyrolyzed ash recycling process connected to the partial combustion, pyrolyzing and reforming process to recycle the ash into a resource by melting ash; an exhaust gas sensible heat-recovering and dust-collecting process connected to the partial combustion, pyrolyzing and reforming process to recover sensible heat retained in exhaust gas and collect and separate ash and soot and smoke contained in the exhaust gas; a clean fuel gas recycling process connected to the exhaust gas sensible heat-recovering and dust-collecting process to purify and recycle dust-removed fuel gas into clean fuel gas; and a second and third product production process of producing at least one product of power, steam, oxygen, activated carbon, and petrochemical products using the clean fuel gas as a raw material after purifying and recycling the dust-removed fuel gas into the clean fuel gas.</p>
