The device has an elastic transmission unit (OE) i.e. tension spring, which is longitudinal and constituted of two parts, where the transmission unit is guided by a fixed guiding unit. Each part of the unit is provided with a connection unit for connecting each part with a part of a case of a mortise lock. The guiding unit ensures opposite translations of the parts of the unit to transmit the translations to top and bottom bolts of the mortise lock, where the translations permit penetration of the bolts in a strike plate placed on a frame surrounding a leaf hatch (PI).
