An organic solar cell is provided to form conductivity polymer anode transparent electrode having the excellent electrical characteristic by using conducting polymer material for the material of the anode electrode. In an organic solar cell, an anode electrode(20) is formed on the substrate(10). Here, the conductive polymer particle is laminated onto the top of the substrate by using the electrostatic spray printing, and then the anode electrode is formed. The photoelectric transformation layer(30) is formed on the anode electrode, and the cathode electrode(40) is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer.
