VACUUM-PACKED BLACK BODY SOURCE PACKAGE

A vacuum-packed black body source package is provided to accurately adjust the temperature of a black body source and to reduce the time necessary to stabilize the temperature of the black source by installing a black source within a vacuum vessel. A black source(100) is placed within a vacuum vessel(110), and the black body source roles heat radiation. A thermoelectric cooler(120) cools and heats the black source to adjust a temperature of the black body source. A temperature sensor(130) senses the temperature of the black body source and provides a first controller with the temperature data of the black body source. A window(140) of an infrared permeation material is installed at a vacuum vessel and radiates the an infrared ray radiated from the black body source to the outside of the vacuum vessel.
