Composition for dyeing keratin fibers, preferably human keratin fibers such as hair, comprises, in a medium, a cationic cellulose ether having 4000-10000 anhydroglucose units having at least one substituent of amine compounds (a) or (b), 2,3-diaminopyrazolone derivatives and/or their addition salts (compounds (A)), and one or more second oxidation dyes (compounds (A)). Composition for dyeing keratin fibers, preferably human keratin fibers such as hair, comprises, in a medium, cationic cellulose ether having 4000-10000 anhydroglucose units having at least one substituent of amine compounds of formula (R 4R 5R 6R 9N +>) (X 2 ->) (a) or (R 1R 2R 3R 8N +>) (X 1 ->) (b), 2,3-diaminopyrazolone derivatives and/or their addition salts (compounds (A)), and one or more second oxidation dyes (compounds (A)).
