A zoom lens is provided to have a small size suitable for a small terminal and implement a uniform optical full length in a magnification change between a wide mode and a tele mode. A zoom lens includes first to third lens groups(100,200,300), which are sequentially arranged from an object side. The first lens group has a negative refractive power and a flat lens(110) with zero refractive power. The second lens group has a positive refractive power. The third lens group has a positive refractive power. In a magnification change from a wide mode to a tele mode, the following conditional expression is satisfied: 3.6<Tw/fw<4.1, wherein Tw is a distance from a surface of the first lens of the first lens group to a surface of the last lens of the third lens group in the wide mode, and fw is an effective focal length in the tele mode. |
