The core (1) has a core sheet (12) i.e. phenolic foam, defining geometry of a cavity formed by a piece made up of a laminated composite material. The sheet made of material with mechanical behavior guarantees geometry of the core during an evacuation phase of the piece, and allows contraction of the core during rise in temperature of the piece. A sheath of porous fabric (14) i.e. polyster porous tube, surrounds the sheet and a thermoretractable film (13). An outer sheath (15) made up of Fluorinated ethylene propylene forms peel of the core.
