The device i.e. mixer (1), has a mixing tank (2) e.g. rectangular cylinder, provided with an inlet conduit (3) and an outlet conduit (4) that are placed so as to create ascending turbulent flow of a gaseous fluid inside the tank for ensuring thermal homogeneity in an outlet of the tank. The tank includes an additional communication unit i.e. inlet conduit (3b), communicating toward exterior or interior of the tank, where the inlet conduit (3b) is placed on a lower part of the tank. An internal physical element is placed at a proximal end of the inlet conduit (3b).
