DEVICE FOR PREVENTING NOZZLE CAP FROM BEING REATTACHED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a nozzle cap of a prefilled syringe from being reattached when it is once detached.

SOLUTION: The device is attached to the prefilled syringe and prevents the nozzle cap of the prefilled syringe from being reattached. It includes a substantially cylindrical cap cover which houses at least the extremity side of the nozzle cap. The cap cover (a) has a protrusion on its inner circumferential surface which is engaged in a part of the circumference of the nozzle cap and prevents the nozzle cap from coming off from the cover backward but does not prevent the nozzle cap from intruding inside and (b) is provided with a space at the front of the protrusion which allows the nozzle cap to intrude to the rear. The prefilled siringe mounted with the device is also provided.
