A ladder having a horizontal scaffold built-in comprises a main ladder having steps spaced out from each other at the appointed interval in the extension direction for a worker to step on, and a first leg and a second leg formed to be foldable on a hinge, first and second horizontal scaffolds installed to be movable on the hinge between the first leg and the second leg, and a scaffold fixture fixing the first and second horizontal scaffolds while the upper sides of the first and second horizontal scaffolds are spread parallel to each other.
