A method for preparing the fermented feed containing pine needles are provided to reduce the carcinogenic materials or the carcinogen promoter like ammonia, indole, etc. by inhibiting the activity of the saprogenic bacteria in the intestines of the domestic animals. A method for preparing the fermented feed containing pine needles comprises the steps of mixing corn, wheat, soybean cake, rapeseed meal, defatted rice bran, rice bran, fish meal, meat and bone meal, limestone and salt; pulverizing the mixture into a size of 200-500 mesh; adding the straw pulverized into 200-300 mesh to it and fermenting it at 32~37°C for 2~4 days; adding a nutrition reinforcing agent to it; adding water to it, kneading it, molding it, cutting it, and drying the pill-shaped one with hot wind of 60~70°C to a water content of 5~10 wt%; coating the surface of a pill with a starch solution by using an air compressor, and drying it at 110~130°C for 1~3 hours; and squeezing the washed pine needles, dipping the coated pill in the squeezed one, and drying it at 110~130°C for 1~3 hours.
