PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone (50) with a neck strap, which does not trouble users in the next use by entanglement of a cord to the strap in an unused condition, and which does not give uncomfortable wear feeling to users by code resonance or swing due to body movement. SOLUTION: A headphone has an annular neck strap part (1), cords (2L, 2R) branched from branch portions (1L, 1R) provided therein, and speakers (3L, 3R) connected with ends of the cords (2L, 2R). The branch portions (1L, 1R) have penetrating holes (1L3a, 1R3a). The codes (2L, 2R) branched from the branch portions (1L, 1R) are inserted into the penetrating holes (1L3a, 1R3a) movable back and forth. The speakers (3L, 3R) are connected with the ends of the inserted cords (2L, 2R), and are put in the penetrating holes (1L3a, 1R3a) and engaged with the branch portions (1L, 1R) when the cords (2L, 2R) are pulled back to the branch portions (1L, 1R).
