<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting wire for connecting the end at the internal peripheral side of a coil and a terminal member at the external peripheral side of the coil, which can secure a tool space for plastic deformation while suppressing the enlargement of a stator. <P>SOLUTION: First, a first bending part 232A is formed in the vicinity of a limit line by press-pushing the connecting wire 230 to a tool 500A. Next, the connecting wire 230 is plastically deformed at a side apart from a coil body 210 farther than the first bending part 232A so that a second bending part 234 and a third bending part 236 are formed in advance. Then, a tool 500B is arranged between the coil end and the limit line, and the connecting wire 230 is press-pushed to the tool 500B so that there is formed a first bending part 232B whose bending angle is larger than that of the first bending part 232A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
