PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for detecting a coupling of one or more of specific coupling substances to respective coupling partners. SOLUTION: The present invention discloses the method and the component for detecting biomolecular interactions. The use of labels is not required, and the methods are executed by a high-throughput system. The present invention also provides an optical device which is useful as a narrow band filter.
