PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change in setting of parameters which provides the final condition of image in opposition to intention of a user in the case where the parameters of image process customized by the user are applied. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes an imaging unit, an image processing unit, a manipulating unit, a storing unit, and a control unit. The imaging unit generates data of image by imaging an object. The image processing unit executes a plurality of imaging processes to the image data. The manipulating unit accepts input for changing the setting of the imaging processes. The storing unit stores custom parameters for image processes edited by the user. The control unit switches between a first mode for conducting image process by application of the custom parameters and a second mode for conducting image process without application of the custom parameters and also changes the setting of image process in accordance with an input from the manipulating unit.
