PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer sheet which is excellent in electricity controlling properties, impact resistance, sheet interlaminar bonding properties and vacuum moldability. SOLUTION: This multi-layer sheet includes at least, a layer composed of the following (A) component, and a layer composed of the following (B) component. (A) component: an electricity controlling resin composition which contains 7 to 91 mass% olefin-based resin, 5 to 50 mass% (rubber-reinforced) styrene-based resin, 2 to 50 mass% polymer which is a block copolymer containing a polymer block of an aromatic vinyl compound (the content: 40 to 85 mass%) and a polymer block of a conjugated diene compound, or a hydrogenated product of the block copolymer, and 2 to 60 mass% block copolymer containing an olefin polymer block and a hydrophilic polymer block. (B) component: a (rubber-reinforced) styrene-based resin with a melt flow rate (measured at 200°C, 5 kgf according to the ISO1133 test method) of not more than 10 g/10 min.
