PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article put-out device for putting out articles without damaging them. SOLUTION: The substantially cylindrical article put-out device has an outer ring rotor 3 having the axis inclined by the angleαwith respect to a vertical direction, an outer frame part 5 installed outside the outer ring rotor 3 with a put-out port being opened therein, and a storage member 1 rotatable around the vertical direction within the outer ring rotor 3. A substantially cylindrical article put on an upper surface of the storage member 1 is moved to an outer edge side of the storage member 1, and loaded on an upper surface of the outer ring rotor from the outer edge, and put out from the put-out port of the outer frame part 5. The upper surface of the outer ring rotor 3 has an inclined surface which is inclined by the predetermined angle larger than the predetermined angleαwith respect to the direction orthogonal to the rotation axis of the outer ring rotor 3, and downwardly inclined outwardly in the radial direction. The upper surface of the storage member 1 forms an inclined surface which is downwardly inclined outwardly in the radial direction.
