PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which can record an image of high quality by removing an adhering substance on a wiper as much as possible and efficiently wiping an inkjet recording head, and to provide a wiping method of the inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: A wiping face 5A of a second wiper 5 located on the rear side of a wiping direction A1 is cleaned by a first wiper 4 located on the front side of the wiping direction A1.
