PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane arrangement body superior in separation performance for separating specific components from a mixture, and in permeation flux. SOLUTION: The separation membrane arrangement body is provided with a porous base material, and a separation membrane formed of a water-soluble polymer, disposed at least in any one of the surface or the inside of the porous base material.
