PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing door sill snow-melting device for an elevator capable of always smoothly opening/closing the landing door by automatically melting the snow in a situation where the sill of the elevator landing door is filled with snow. SOLUTION: The sill 22 for guiding opening/closing action of the landing door 21 of the elevator landing 18 is provided, and a temperature sensor 24 as a temperature detection means and a heater 25 as a heating means are provided on the sill 22. When the temperature sensor 24 detects the temperature not more than a predetermined temperature at which snow can fall, the heater 25 is driven by control of a control board based on the information and the sill 22 is heated. Accordingly, when snow is blown to the elevator landing 18 and is about to lie on the sill 22, the snow is melted by heat by the heater 25 and the snow is not further filled in the sill 22.
