<p>In a cooling system (100), a variable orifice (110) controls the flow of cooling fluid through a cooling fluid flow path. The variable orifice (110) includes an adjustable diaphragm shutter (126) through which the cooling fluid flows. Upon manipulation of the adjustable diaphragm shutter (126), a diameter of an opening (128) of the adjustable diaphragm shutter (126) is adjusted to control the flow of the cooling fluid.</p>
