<p>It is described a tyre building apparatus, whereby the press units (11, 12) are assembled in a pressing device (10), which can be displaced in the direction of the drum axis (30); said pressing units can be separated or brought together in a synchronous manner in relation to a central plane (M10) of the pressing device (10) by means of a forced control device. The forced control device consists primarily of mechanical elements which are formed by threaded spindles (15, 16, 17) with parallel axes, whose ends have opposite thread pitches, whereby the threaded spindles are axially fixed in a transfer ring (13) and are rotated by a synchronized drive. The pressing units (11, 12) are fitted with spindle nuts (22) which, in turn, engage with the ends of the threaded spindles (15, 16, 17 ). The forced control device is preferably driven by means of a servo-motor (20). The pressing device (10) is fitted with a core-transfer device (35), which is used to feed cores directly to the pressing units (11, 12).</p> |
