A lighting plate structure and a roof structure having he same are provided to reduce the time and cost required for installation by excluding the use of many additional members for installing a lighting plate and to install a lighting plate very simply and easily. A lighting plate structure comprises a lighting plate(202) composed of a horizontal plane (202c), a left vertical end(202a) provided in the perpendicular direction to the horizontal plane at the left end of the horizontal plane and a right vertical end(202b) provided in the perpendicular direction to the horizontal plane at the right end of the horizontal plane, a first fastening member(203a) formed in the left vertical end, and a second fastening member (203b) formed in the right vertical end. |
