The present invention related to a combination of (a) a GSK3 inhibitor and (b) an a7- nicotinic agonist. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said combination and to methods of treating CNS disorders in mammals by administrating said combination. The invention further relates to a kit comprising the combination and use of said kits in treatment of CNS disorders such as dementia and/or Alzheimer's Disease.
