<p>Disclosed is a method of manufacturing loess tile in which high pressure dry pressing (application of a pressure of 150 kg/ cm2 to 500 kg/cm2) to a water content of less than 5% is conducted, thus obtaining strength corresponding to tile obtained through primary firing of 900 °C or higher, and thereby loess can be constructed without performing a baking process, consequently preventing the deterioration of bioproperties of loess and realizing mass production. The manufacturing process is simplified while the properties of loess are retained without the use of chemical additives, and mass production is possible, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost, resulting in inexpensive products. The loess tile makes for comfortable living spaces of residences and offices and is beneficial to the health of modern people living therein.</p> |
