<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral insert that prevents an occurrence of an undesired audible effect caused by a spiral starting to vibrate during heating. <P>SOLUTION: This spiral insert is mainly designed to be used together with a fluid heating element such as an oil space heater made of Teflon (R), for example. The background of this spiral insert is an insert being used arranged between partitioned parts of a U-shaped spiral.
