<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture for a vehicle capable of obtaining a diffusion light-distribution pattern and a light-distribution pattern for an overhead sign, which are not obtained by a conventional lighting fixture for the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the lighting fixture for the vehicle, a second reflection surface 9 wherein light L2 of a semiconductor type light source 7 is externally irradiated by reflecting the light L2 as the light-distribution pattern P2 for an overhead sign is additionally arranged at a part of a first reflection surface 8 formed by a parabolic-columnar curved surface. Thus, the diffusion light-distribution pattern P1 is obtained by reflecting the light L1 of the semiconductor type light source 7 with a first reflection surface 8 formed by the parabolic-columnar curved surface.
