<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for cell culture, wherein the medium has no risk that humans are contaminated with pathogens on the basis of adding the serum of mammalian animals such as cattle to the medium, and can achieve excellent culture results. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a medium for animal cell culture containing fish serum instead of mammalian serum, a medium for animal cell culture containing fish serum at low concentration less than 5% V/V, a medium for animal cell culture containing mammalian serum at concentration less than 0.5%, and a medium for animal cell culture containing fish serum heat-treated at a temperature ranging from 40°C to 70°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
