<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the breakage of an element or the like by miswiring or heat of connection between a terminal of a switching element and a gate resistance, shorten working hours for connection, and change a gate resistance value easily. <P>SOLUTION: The module structure includes as follows. A snubber circuit 12, a gate resistance circuit 13, and a connection lug 14 with terminals of switching elements 8 and 9 are integrated by a module to form a snubber module 17. This snubber module 17 is attached to a switching module 7 consisting of two or more switching elements 8 and 9. In the gate resistance circuit 13, two or more gate resistances 15 are connected to the gate connection lug 14 in parallel through a jumper wire 16 arranged outside of the snubber module 17, and the jumper wire 16 connected to the gate resistance 15 other than the gate resistance 15 to be used is cut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
