<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment which shows in an appearance that an electrostatic counter-measure is applied and is capable of improving electrostatic breakdown voltage performance. <P>SOLUTION: It is desirable that static electricity reaches a ground installed in the inside 7b of an upper case 7 before it reaches a circuit board 16 when a finger of a user pushing a button switch 9 is charged with static electricity. By installing a conductive member 11, the static electricity flown from the finger of a human becomes easy to reach the ground in the inside 7b of the upper case 7 through the conductive member 11 and a risk of having an error operation can be reduced.
