<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user is reluctant to get in a passing taxi that he or she first catches even if the taxi does not satisfy his or her requirements when the user flags down a taxi at a roadside. <P>SOLUTION: A customer is located based on either a GPS mobile terminal of the customer connected to the Internet or geographical information and the position is registered together with the desired requirements for taxis. The position is periodically and repeatedly registered by means of a GPS mobile terminal of a taxi driver. When both search conditions are satisfied when the taxi passes by the customer, the presence of the taxi is reported to the customer by mail and the mobile terminal is connected to a URL shown in the text of the mail to display the taxi's telephone number.
